CubesnSlices is a food delivery platform that connects users with local restaurants and food vendors. Our services include:

• Online food ordering through our mobile application
• Payment processing through secure third-party providers (Razorpay)
• Order tracking and delivery coordination
• Customer support services
• User account management and preferences

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Each person may only create one account

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account
• We may suspend accounts for security reasons

4. Ordering and Payment

• Estimated delivery times are approximate
• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or high demand
• We will notify you of significant delays
• Delivery slots are available as displayed in the app

5.2 Delivery Requirements

• Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Be available to receive your order during the delivery window
• Valid ID may be required for verification
• Additional charges may apply for special delivery instructions

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation Policy

• Before Preparation: Full refund available
• During Preparation: Partial refund (case-by-case basis)
• After Dispatch: No cancellation allowed
• Quality Issues: Full refund or replacement

6.2 Refund Process

• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Refunds processed within 3-7 business days
• Original payment method will be credited
• Delivery charges may not be refundable in all cases

7. User Conduct

• Providing false or misleading information
• Abusing customer support or delivery personnel
• Attempting to circumvent payment systems
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Posting inappropriate reviews or ratings
• Using the app for any illegal activities

8. Intellectual Property

• All app content, including logos, trademarks, and design, belongs to CubesnSlices
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
• User-generated content (reviews, ratings) may be used by us for promotional purposes
• You retain ownership of personal information you provide

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• We use Firebase Analytics to improve app performance
• Google Sign-In data is handled according to Google's privacy policies
• Payment data is securely processed by Razorpay

10. Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows may cause temporary service interruptions
• We are not liable for losses due to service unavailability

10.2 Food Quality and Safety

• We work with licensed food vendors but cannot guarantee food quality
• Report food safety issues immediately to customer support
• We will investigate and take appropriate action on quality complaints
• Users with allergies should review food descriptions carefully

10.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
